Location: Fully Remote (UK)
• Salary: $25–$55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams.
• Analyze data to support business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes.
• Support testing, solution validation, and change management.
Requirements:
• Commercial experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
• A degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
