💰 Salary: $2,000/month
UzbekVoice AI is building AI-powered voice agents for businesses. We are looking for a strong Backend / Full-Stack Developer who can also take ownership of technical projects.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend applications.
- Work with AI agents, LLMs, STT/TTS, Voice AI, and real-time systems.
- Deploy and maintain production services.
- Plan technical tasks and coordinate project delivery.
- Debug performance, infrastructure, and production issues.
What we’re looking for
- Strong Python backend skills.
- Experience with FastAPI/Django/Flask.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript + React skills.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, WebSockets.
- Strong Linux, Git, Docker, and Docker Compose knowledge.
- Experience with Nginx, CI/CD, networking, and production deployments.
- Good communication, ownership, and project management skills.
- English proficiency; IELTS is preferred.

- SIP / VoIP
- LLMs and AI agents
- STT / TTS
- vLLM, PyTorch, CUDA, GPU inference
- Monitoring tools such as Prometheus/Grafana
- Cloud and on-premise infrastructure
