IT Recruiter

Accesa.eu We are building our engineering team in Tashkent and looking for an **IT recruiter** to join us. You’ll be working on developer roles (backend, frontend, DevOps, data), managing the full recruitment process end-to-end and working directly with hiring managers and international teams. This role involves real ownership of hiring locally — from sourcing and interviews to offer and decision-making support. **We’re looking for someone who:** – has experience in IT recruitment – is confident managing roles independently end-to-end – is comfortable working with hiring managers and handling offers – understands the local market and sourcing well – speaks **fluent English and Uzbek** – holds **Uzbek citizenship** Tashkent Hybrid (3 days/week in the office) Salary - 1600 - 1800 usd net If this sounds interesting, feel free to reach out to @Accesa_uzbekistan and share your CV.
