Datox **Datox** is hiring: **Senior Product Designer** (remote) **About Datox** Datox helps investment firms and financial institutions automate and simplify multi-jurisdiction regulatory reporting (UK, EU, and beyond) with an AI-powered, collaborative platform that replaces brittle, spreadsheet-like workflows. **What You’ll Do** - Own and evolve the design system to support complex reporting workflows (multi-step data entry, file parsing, AI output editing, validation flows, etc.). - Design user interfaces for advanced data operations: extraction, transformation, AI mapping, bulk editing, and regulatory report generation. - Map and optimise user journeys across different regulatory reporting types, jurisdictions (FCA, ESMA, SEC), and reporting periods (quarterly/annual). - Build scalable design patterns for tables, structured/unstructured file inputs, inline data corrections, and rule-based automation UX. - Translate complex requirements (e.g. regulatory rules, jurisdictional differences, financial data structures) into intuitive, task-focused UI. - Conduct internal testing sessions, collect team feedback, and iterate fast on product-level decisions. **You’re a fit if you have:** - 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in data-heavy or B2B SaaS platforms - Strong UX skills and system thinking for complex, multi-layered workflows - High proficiency in Figma and modern component-based design practices - Experience designing data import, form validation, file processing, or enterprise dashboards - Ability to work independently, own decisions, and align cross-functionally **Why Join Datox**: - Real product ownership – your decisions shape mission-critical financial software - Deep collaboration with technical and business leaders - Fast-paced execution with no bureaucracy - A product that solves real-world problems with AI and automation **Salary**: $1500 / month, based on experience and portfolio (negotiable)
