- Knowledge of toll systems such as PrePass, etc.
- Ability to monitor and manage toll usage by drivers
- Strong attention to detail to identify unusual or suspicious toll charges
- Ability to compare toll rates and optimize routes accordingly
- Prevent and detect fraudulent toll transactions
