TATU Data Analyst Role Description The Data Analyst role at TATU is a full-time, on-site position based in Tashkent. The individual in this role will collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources to support business reporting and analysis. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing datasets, building dashboards and reports, identifying trends and patterns, and preparing clear visualizations and summaries for stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with different teams to understand data requirements, ensuring data quality and consistency, and contributing to the development of data models and analytical frameworks. The Data Analyst is expected to document findings, present insights, and recommend actions that support informed decision-making. Qualifications - Ability to work with Data Analytics and Data Analysis tools and methods to generate actionable insights. - Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting complex information, identifying trends, and solving problems. - Experience with Data Management practices, including data collection, cleansing, integration, and governance. - Understanding of Data Modeling concepts to support reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence initiatives. - Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, or BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau). - Attention to detail, accuracy in handling data, and ability to document methodologies and results clearly. - Effective communication skills to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. - Ability to work on-site in Tashkent and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
