Key Requirements: • 5+ years of frontend engineering, 3+ years in React and TypeScript • Experience with Vite, React Router, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui (or similar component libraries) • Proven experience building large forms and data-heavy business applications, not just marketing websites • Strong UI/UX judgment and the ability to ship pixel-perfect interfaces • Solid REST API experience (handling loading, error, and empty states) • Daily use of AI coding tools and awareness of where they go wrong • Clear spoken and written English Nice to Have: • Experience in insurance or FinTech domains
