- Ability to speak English fluently
- Good dispatching skills and experience working with street brokers
- Able to book STREET LOADS and amazon especially!!! (DRY VAN)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- An extensive network of brokers
- Most of our drivers Owner operators need to be stressful

- Main shift
- No remote
