Join us to keep America moving 🇺🇸 ## Tasks - Sourcing drivers through social media, cold calling - Selling the company by explaining pay, home time, equipment, benefits, routes, and why a driver should choose your company over competitors - Screening applicants by checking their CDL class, experience, driving record, employment history, and eligibility ## Requirements - Experience: at least 6 months - Must have good English - Female candidate preferred - Excellent communication skills ## Compensation Details - $400 fixed, + commission per driver recruited ## Schedule - Main shift: 5pm to 2am
