**Position Overview:**
We are looking for an experienced Dry Van Dispatcher to join our team. This is a full-time office position for a motivated professional with hands-on dispatching experience and strong communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage Dry Van loads and coordinate daily dispatch operations.
- Work with load boards, including DAT and Truckstop.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers.
- Negotiate loads and rates effectively.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure efficient load management.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 1.5 years of Dry Van dispatching experience.
- Previous dispatching experience is required.
- Good knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, and broker relations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage drivers and loads efficiently.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
