HR, Recruiting & Fleet Lead

ARAL CARGO LLC is hiring an HR, Recruiting & Fleet Lead. ## Tasks - Contact driver leads within 4 hours and conduct screenings - Maintain and update the driver recruitment pipeline - Ensure all trucks are covered with qualified drivers - Manage onboarding paperwork and hiring processes - Assist with operational and fleet-related tasks ## Requirements - Fluent English - Strong phone communication skills - Excel and Dropbox proficiency - HR, Recruiting, Logistics, or Customer Service experience preferred - Must be based in Tashkent and work in-office ## Compensation Details - Salary: Discussed during the interview - Year-End Bonus ## Schedule - Office-based ## Notice Apply With: CV, Passport Copy (Photo Page), and one paragraph describing a time you managed multiple urgent tasks and how you prioritized them.
