**Position:** Update Specialist (Amazon)

**Work Schedule:** Uzbekistan time, from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM
**Requirements:**
- At least 1 year of experience as an Update Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Relay is required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
**Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and update shipment statuses in Amazon Relay.
- Track active loads and ensure timely status updates.
- Communicate with drivers and brokers regarding load progress.
- Resolve delivery issues and report delays when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and provide real-time updates to the team.
- Ensure all load information is updated correctly and on time.
