- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office & Google Sheets)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Fluent in English and Russian (for experienced candidates)
- 1–2 years of experience in trailer or fleet operations (for experienced candidates)
- Knowledge of trailer maintenance, tracking, and inventory (for experienced candidates)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills (for experienced candidates)
