**Position:** Safety Manager
**Location:** Mirzo Ulugbek District, Rooms Coworking
**Salary:** Up to $3,500

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage Driver Qualification (DQ) Files.
- Ensure FMCSA & DOT compliance.
- Handle accident management and investigations.
- Conduct driver safety training.
- Administer the Drug & Alcohol Program.
- Prepare for DOT inspections and audits.
- Monitor and improve CSA scores.
- Oversee driver safety performance.
- Coordinate with insurance companies.
- Maintain and update company safety policies.
- Prepare safety reports and compliance documentation.
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of experience in trucking safety.
- Strong knowledge of FMCSA & DOT regulations.
- Experience with DQ files, CSA, and DOT inspections.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
