HR Specialist

Forward Trucking LLC is looking for an **HR Specialist** for onboarding processes. This position is not for finding drivers, but for working with HR onboarding and internal processes. **Requirements:** 2 years of relevant work experience Experience in HR, driver relations, safety, or hiring department is preferred Knowledge and experience in Quick Manage Ability to work with Excel sheets Multitasking skills Strong communication skills Graduated candidates only **Responsibilities:** Handling onboarding processes Working with employee and driver-related information Using Quick Manage and Excel sheets in daily work Communicating with candidates, drivers, and internal teams Keeping onboarding information accurate and up to date Following the company’s internal HR process **Important:** This position is for onboarding, not driver recruiting.
