- Real-time coordination and control of drivers and logistics processes.
- Working with the Open Desk system and internal company platforms.
- Strong experience working with STREET and AMAZON loads.
- Route allocation and task execution monitoring.
- Operational communication with drivers, clients, and internal departments.
- Troubleshooting emergency situations and ensuring service quality.
- Maintaining reporting and documentation.
- Monitoring process efficiency and deadline compliance.
## Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years
- 1-2 years+ of experience as a dispatcher or logistics specialist.
- Mandatory experience with the Open Desk system.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- High level of responsibility.
